Here is a list of things that you can do there;

• Add new web site or subdomain to your VPS
• Create new FTP or SSH/SFTP user account
• Access phpMyAdmin and MySQL databases 
• ssh to the machine
• Create a cron entry
• FTP to your VPS to add new site files

Paths to important things:

Document Root (all sites live in the /home/domains/ directory)
