How do I create new FTP or SSH/SFTP user account?

Adding a SFTP/SSH user can be done from within the dashboard by following these steps;

• Login to https://dashboard.brownrice.com
• Click on VPS Hosting
• Click on Manage, then on SSH Users
• Click Add User and fill out the two fields
• Done!

You can now use this user to SSH into your VPS, connect your SFTP program and other third party programs to your VPS.
