What address do I use to FTP to my site?

Your FTP hostname is: ftp.YourWebSite.com

If your site is not yet live on Brownrice (i.e.  DNS has not been pointed to ns1.brownrice.com and ns2.brownrice.com) then you can use YourWebSite.brownrice.com as the FTP hostname.
