Someone sent me an email and it was returned to them with a 554 mail server permanently rejected message message. What's up with that?

 

This happens when our spam servers think the the incoming message was spam. Often this is the result of the sender using an IP address that has previously been used by a spammer, or the content of the incoming message has "spam-like" words.

 Send us an email to support@brownrice.com and ask us to "whitelist" the senders address and this will never happen again.
